We are seeking an ambitious, dedicated, and highly motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing outpatient orthopedic practice. This is an opportunity to practice at the top of your license in a modern, technology-driven clinical environment focused on delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Sign on bonus--$10,000.00
Compensation
- $35–$40 per hour (based on experience and clinical skill level)
About the Role
You will work closely with the supervising DPT to implement and progress treatment plans in an advanced outpatient setting. Our caseload is diverse and clinically engaging, including:
- Chronic pain
- Sports injuries
- Vestibular rehabilitation
- Pelvic floor conditions
- Neuropathy
We prioritize highest clinical skill level, quality of care, clinical reasoning, and measurable outcomes.
Qualifications
- Current PTA license in good standing
- Required: Outpatient orthopedic experience
- Strong manual therapy and exercise progression skills
- Ability to independently carry out treatment plans under PT supervision
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Strong professional references required
