Montana's Workman's Compensation Fee Schedule sets the standard rates for physical therapy services provided to injured workers across our state.

Why it matters:
 The only time you should see reduced payments is when third-party administrators (TPAs) are involved. These groups often insert themselves between payers and providers, leading to unexpected payment cuts.

Recommendation:
 If you are noticing a decrease in reimbursement:
1.     Ask if a third-party administrator is involved.
2.     Request a copy of the contract they have with your facility.
