APTA MT Annual Conference: Primary Care Summit in Montana

When: 10/9/2026 - 10/11/2026
Where:
Missoula College
TBA

Join APTA Montana for a forward-thinking summit focused on positioning physical therapists as primary care providers. As direct access continues to evolve, PTs are uniquely equipped to serve as the first point of contact for patients--particularly in rural and access-limited areas across Montana.

This summit will explore real-world applications of PT-led primary care, including ordering and interpreting imaging, performing sports physicals, managing workers' compensation cases as the primary provider, and conducting DOT physicals. Through expert-led sessions and discussion, attendees will gain the tools, confidence, and clarity needed to expand their role and meet growing patient demand for timely, effective care.
